Mignon is a mini-tower for telecommunications available in heights from 25 to 35 metri (a 2 or 3 meter post can be added).
Mignon is a small lattice structure completely assimilable to a pole, due to its shape and mechanical characteristics.
Their total area is 2.85 sqm. The double slope of the pole silouhette is 2%. The joints of the various sections are with 6.8 or 8.8 double-edged bolts. Therefore the base section is bolted to a scarp base, which is put in place by means of a template, capable of aligning and supporting the anchor bolts that constitute the constraint to the foundation. Each 5-meter section can be inserted into the next larger one. This solution facilitates transport in places that are difficult to access and given the modest weight of the sections, these can be mounted with a falcon instead of a crane. The traversability of the mast pole is external by means of a Soll safety ladder. A rack runs orthogonally to the ladder along the entire trestle, to support the cables. A rack runs, orthogonally to the ladder, the entire structure, to support the cables.
The basic and top dimensions of the mast pole are:
H35+3 – Base = 1150 Top = 450 H30+3 – Base = 1050 Top = 450 H25+3 – Base = 950 Top = 450
Each pole is designed to be positioned in Zone 3, Esp I I, altitude 500 m, max 30 ‘rotation with wind of 100 km / h, Surfaces equipment = 2.85 sqm in addition to the post = 1 sqm
